It includes a DuPont 800 series cartridge which reduces sediment like rust and silt particles which improves tap and bath water. It is a universal system which makes it easy to upgrade filtration with higher performing DuPont water filters. The filter life is 15,000 gallons of water and the maximum filtered water flow is 5 gallons per minute. It has 3/4-inch inlets and outlets. The system has a three year limited warranty. It includes the filter head with housing, an 800 series DuPont cartridge and a tank wrench. Tools needed for installation are a Phillips screwdriver, adjustable wrench and a pipe cutter or hacksaw.
