Use it on basalt, bluestone, concrete, granite, marble, quartzite, and slate countertops. This sealer is suitable for indoor, outdoor, residential, and commercial use. It contains a super penetrator, which allows for deep penetration of dense granite and marble. It contains 3 different custom sealing molecules for 3 levels of penetration, maximizing stain repellence on your countertops. Stain-Proof Plus retains natural surface color and finish. To use, make sure the target surface is dry and free of any residues, and then generously apply Stain-Proof using a low-pressure hand sprayer, clean brush, or lamb wool applicator. Porous surfaces should have a mirrorlike wet look. Avoid contact with surrounding areas. Wait for approximately 10 minutes, and then reapply the product before the surface dries. After the final coat, wait another 10 minutes, and then polish the surface before it dries. Polish it with a clean, dry white cloth, towel, or similar material to remove excess product. We recommend moistening the cloth with Stain-Proof Plus to ease polishing. Finally, use an organic solvent to clean equipment. AQUAMIX PENETRATING SEALER is a natural-look, below-surface sealer designed to resist stains. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 1 hour prior to grouting. Allows moisture vapor transmission. Uses: Recommended for use on porous tile, natural stone and masonry. Equally effective for interior and exterior applications. Expected Wear: Will vary depending on hardness and texture of surface, type of area, surface wear, frequency and type of maintenance products used. Expected wear is up to 5 years. Extreme weather conditions, harsh cleaning methods and high-alkaline or solvent-based cleaners will affect wear. Coverage: Approximately 300 to 1,000 sq. ft. per coat per gallon, depending on type of tile, porosity and texture of surface, temperature, humidity and method of application.
