Caution:
1. A cooler water condition in the absence of electricity is prohibited
2. Location placed cooler should select a well – ventilated, dry environment, away from other heat sources. Outlet of the back of the cooler should be away from obstruction for more than 30cm, both sides of the inlet should be away from obstructions for more than 10cm
3. Cooling machine no use for long time or in transport must keep emptying the cooling water
4. CW3000 water chillers are equipped high speed fans inside, NOT able to control the water temperature
5. To protect the laser tube, cooling fan will suspend the work when the water temperature is low (about 10℃), and it will continue to work when the water temperature rose to higher (about 20℃)

Install steps:

1. Open the package to check if the machine is intact and all the necessary accessories are completed.

2. Open the mouth screw on the top of machine, add cooling water (Please don’t power the machine without water).

3. According to system conditions, connect the water isnlet and outlet pipe well.

4. Connect the power cable, turn the power switch (Note: Don’t let the water overflow).

5. Check the radiator water level again

Notice:

Cooling machine no use for long time or in transport must keep emptying the cooling water.

It is strictly forbidden to plug and run the cooler without feeding water.

Cooler should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry environment place and away from heat sources. Please keep at least 30cm from obstructions to the air outlet which is in the back of the cooler, and should leave at least 10cm between obstructions and air inlets of two sides.

To ensure good heat dissipating, please open the lid to clean the dirt after the cooler used in long-term.

Working in cold north area, it is better to use noncorrosive.
